AI-Proofing Yourself Avoiding AI replacement is less about learning how to use AI and more about doing things that AI can't. Despite all the hype on social media, AI tools are still mediocre at almost everything. Especially in marketing. The things that will AI-proof you most: getting extremely good at persuading, building a personal brand, investing in relationships, specializing in one thing, and having a done-for-you offer with undeniable results. 2. The Easiest Way To Get Dialed In I talk to entrepreneurs every day. The most common thing I notice among them is that they're distracted. Their minds and schedules are scattered between all kinds of things. What they need is to get dialed in. As a service seller, that might be starting 15 conversations with prospects, 5 more with network connections, writing one social media post, and doing client work. Do those before even thinking about anything else. 3. My Big Month On LinkedIn I'm up around 7,000 LinkedIn followers this month, and a lot of those have turned into newsletter subscribers. Growth on there has been worse this year than past years, but right now, I'm finding a way to make it work. Looking back over my top-performers, they all have a personal aspect. One was a personal transformation. Another a personal result. One more a "How I" guide. Lesson: avoid generic content. Inject "you" into every post. 4. Lesson From The Build Success in content creation is about finding a few core ideas, then effectively presenting them in a thousand different ways. Most big-time creators don't say anything new. They just say old stuff in a new way. Find those core ideas for you. Then mix them in with customer results, personal stories/results, and organic offers mentions. That's how you grow and sell instead of just doing one of those, or neither. - Tim P.S.
